Selecting the right subjects

Selecting the right subjects to study for the HSC in Years 11 and 12 is an important challenge. Students studying at Seven Hills High School have a range of options available to them, including studying subjects at Seven Hills High and/or Wyndham College.

When making the decision on what subjects to study, students should ask themselves:

• What am I good at?
• What do I like?
• Do I need to choose particular subjects for a certain job,  career or university degree?

An informed choice is important in enabling all students to reach their potential. Seek advice from parents, friends, teachers, careers advisers, and other students. It is important to discuss your subject choices wisely so you can make the best decision for you.
